Lovely lottery tickets from the late 1700s Washington DC. This ticket was from the 12th lottery and remains in pristine condition. Very neat hand signed piece of early American history from our Nation’s capitol. These all come with pinholes as they were kept together with spindles. Exceptional paper and ink well deserving of the Evergreen sticker from GCC.
