This small change Connecticut note bears the state seal and was printed on a bluish paper by Timothy Green with a blank back. Interestingly, the British stole 160 double printed sheets of these notes from Samuel Bishop in New Haven. Stunning example with exceptionally bold ink and red pen signature/serial.
