This $1 bill from the February 17, 1776 issue features an emblem of a weighed bowl on an acanthus plant. The emblem is surrounded by the Latin motto “DEPRESSA RESURGIT” (Though crushed it recovers). The reverse has nature print of ragweed and two willow leaves. Desirable $1 denomination on this 1776 Continental in circulated but problem free condition.
