Delaware Colonial Note Fr#DE-29 February 28, 1746 15s PCGS 6 *Printed by Benjamin Franklin*
This extremely early 1746 Delaware note served the purpose of keeping the loan office open. The front of this note features the English Arms and boarders cut by Thomas Leech. Interestingly, where Delaware notes from 1753 and later are printed by Franklin and Hall, these 1746 notes were printed by Benjamin Franklin alone. Only 6 examples of this 15 shilling note are known to exist today.
