Delaware Colonial Note Fr#DE-50 March 1, 1758 10s PCGS 8 *Only 2 Known*
This early 1758 bill was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. “Printed by B. FRANKLIN” can be clearly seen along the right side of the reverse next to nature print. Additionally, there is bold print of an elephant, squirrel, and stork. The front shows 2 crowns, each representing 5 shillings of value. This 1758 issue is much harder to find than the more common 1759 issue. There is only 1 other example known to exist of this extremely scarce bill. Heavy hitting note for the price.
