This early 1758 bill was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. “Printed by B. FRANKLIN” can be clearly seen along the right side of the reverse next to nature print. Additionally, there is bold print of a lion at the top of the reverse. The front shows 4 crowns, each representing 5 shillings of value. This 1758 issue is far more difficult to find than the more common 1759 issue. Only 4,000 Pounds worth of bills were printed in the March 1, 1758 issue.
