This early 1758 bill was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. “Printed by B. FRANKLIN” can be clearly seen along the right side of the reverse next to assorted nature print. There is a beautiful squirrel, elephant, and stork design at the top of the reverse. The front shows 2 crowns, each representing 5 shillings of value. This 1758 issue is harder to find than the more common 1759 issue. Relatively nice legibility with Franklin’s name clear and extremely rare with only 5 examples known to exist.
