This early Delaware colonial note was printed by Ben Franklin and David Hall. The English Arms and 4 crowns denoting the value of this note (a crown for every 5 Shillings) can be seen on the front. Striking reverse with bold ink and strong legibility throughout. “Printed by B. FRANKLIN” can be clearly seen along the left side. A lion vignette and nature print can also be seen on the reverse. Gorgeous example, tough to find this nice.
