The front of this Delaware note features the English Arms and a typeset design with intricate borders. The reverse features a large sheaf of wheat along with “To Counterfeit is Death”. This bill was printed on thick paper containing blue thread and mica flake by James Adams who used to work for Benjamin Franklin. Absolutely gorgeous example with crisp paper and bold ink, well deserving of the PPQ designation from PCGS. It is hard to believe that this note does not qualify as uncirculated or is at least graded a 58.
