This 1777 Delaware bill features the new State Arms and elaborate borders engraved and printed by James Adams. The reverse features a large sheaf of wheat with “To Counterfeit is Death” beneath. Attractive VF example with clean paper and an original look. Surprisingly scarce, of the 9,800 originally printed, only 39 are known to exist.
