This 1777 Delaware bill features the new State Arms and elaborate borders engraved and printed by James Adams. The reverse features a large sheaf of wheat with “To Counterfeit is Death” beneath. Solid VF/XF exampl;e with large margins and nice details. Much scarcer than the 1776 Delaware issue, of the 9,800 originally printed, only 46 are known to survive today.
