This 1777 Delaware bill features the new State Arms and elaborate borders engraved and printed by James Adams. The reverse features a large sheaf of wheat with “To Counterfeit is Death” beneath. Only 9,800 originally printed. This 20 Shilling bill was the highest denomination of the issue. Lovely VF+ example with clean original paper and eye appeal well deserving of the gold sticker from GCC.
