Comments: “Paper Damage”
The 1776 Sterling denominations Georgia issue was represented by 8 different denominations with varying sizes. This smaller 6 Pence bill was the second lowest denomination and features a typeset design with ornamental borders and a vignette of the denomination at the lower right. It was common for notes from this issue to be un-numbered remainders. Very nice example for the price point.
Signers: William Gibbons, William Ewen
