This seal was applied by a separate overprinting during the manufacture of these notes. Additionally, this note boasts the signature of Edward Telfair. Telfair was an American founding father, Governor of Georgia, member of the Continental Congress, and a signer of the Articles of Confederation. Very nice example with a strong Justice seal.
