This note features ornamental boarders plus red and black typeset. There is a blue-green seal of Justice encircled by the latin motto “SUSTINE RECTUM” (Support what is right). This seal was applied by a separate overprinting during the manufacture of these notes. Nice example with attractive seal. The blue-green variety is the hardest to find out of all Justice seals with only 10 known, compared to 41 light blue examples known.
