This note features ornamental borders and red and black typeset. There is an orange seal of a liberty cap encircled by the latin motto “LIBERTAS CARIOR AURO” (Freedom is more precious than gold). This seal was applied by a separate overprinting during the manufacture of these notes. Absolutely gorgeous example with light paper, bold ink, signatures, and an exceptional seal. Incredibly difficult to find this nice and in a problem free holder.
