Additionally, this bill bears the signature of Loammi Baldwin, a Revolutionary War colonel, politician, and the father of American Civil Engineering. Interest pentagon shaped cancel rather than the usual circle or triangle. Gorgeous near uncirculated example with crisp light paper and fantastic ink/signatures.
