New Hampshire Colonial Note Fr#NH-179 April 29, 1780 $1 PMG 15 *Uncancelled Specimen*
This New Hampshire note was printed in red and black ink by Hall and Sellers. The boarder cuts and emblems of this note were engraved by Henry Dawkins, who was a former counterfeiter for the Tories. The paper bears a watermark “CONFEDERTION” in 2 lines. Extremely scarce UNCANCELED specimen, far less common than it’s hole-cancelled counterpart. Only a handful of uncanceled $1 notes are known to exist. Nice details for the grade on this wholesome problem free note. An elite note worthy of any high end collection.
