This New Hampshire note was printed in red and black ink by Hall and Sellers. The boarder cuts and emblems of this note were engraved by Henry Dawkins, who was a former counterfeiter for the Tories. The paper bears a watermark “CONFEDERTION” in 2 lines. The guarantee signature on this note is Taylor Gilman. Very nice and bold example of a sought after issue, problem free. Of the 2,900 originally printed, only 11 $8 notes are known to exist today.
