New Jersey Colonial Note Fr#NJ-155 December 31, 1763 6s PMG 63
This note was printed by James Parker on paper that contained mica flakes. This was the first New Jersey issue that used mica flakes in the paper as an anti-counterfeiting measure. Nature print of a sage leaf can be seen on the reverse along with “To Counterfeit is Death”. Very nice uncirculated note with crisp paper and bold signatures.
Signers: Jonathan Johnston, Richard Smith, Joseph Smith
