The November 20, 1757 New Jersey issue was the 7th War issue of bills meant to fund the military effort in the French and Indian War. They were worth their weight in silver. The front shows the state arms along with 6 crowns each representing 5 Shillings. The reverse features various emblems and classic New Jersey nature print. Scarce note with only 6,000 originally printed and 29 known to survive today.
