The February 20, 1776 New Jersey issue was printed by Isaac Collins at Burlington on course watermarked paper containing mica flake. The reverse had a new engraved leaf on the reverse rather than the usual nature print. This issue is much scarcer than the March 25, 1776 issue that is commonly seen. This note was signed by John Hart, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Incredible piece of tangible history worthy of any collection.
