This bill was printed on mica flake paper in red and black ink by Isaac Collins in Burlington, NJ. Bold nature print can be seen on the reverse. The front of this note has ornate boarders and orange coat of arms. The paper of this note is watermarked “NEW JERSEY”. Exceptionally bold red and black printing and signatures remain. With its incredibly clean and crisp paper, this bill could grade higher if it weren’t for the 10 pinholes on the left boarder. Only visible when held up to the light.
