This bill would normally be relatively common but this example was signed by John Hart, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. This bill was printed on mica flake paper in red and black ink by Isaac Collins in Burlington, NJ. Bold nature print can be seen on the reverse. The front of this note has ornate boarders and the coat of arms. The paper of this note is watermarked “NEW JERSEY”.
