New Jersey Colonial Note Fr#NJ-180 March 25, 1776 15s PMG VF-20 *John Hart*

$1,150.00

This bill would normally be relatively common but this example was signed by John Hart, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. This bill was printed on mica flake paper in red and black ink by Isaac Collins in Burlington, NJ. Bold nature print can be seen on the reverse. The front of this note has ornate borders and the coat of arms with paper watermarked “NEW JERSEY”. A fantastic addition for any colonial collector signed by an American Founding Father.

Signers: Jonathan Johnson, JOHN HART*, John Stevens Jr.
