Scarce and early New York issue printed by James Parker on course paper with a blank back. The boarders were engraved by Charles Le Roux and the New York Arms can be seen on the front with “Its Death to counterfeit this Bill" below. Hard to find with only 4,000 originally printed. Bold legibility remains.
