The front has the state arms and intricately engraved borders. The reverse of this bill features an emblem of an eagle encircled by the Latin motto “FORTIS A FORTE” (Strength comes from strength). Interesting Latin motto on this note printed shortly before the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Stunning example with light paper, bold ink, and signatures that pop. Incredibly difficult to find this nice, quality well deserving of the PPQ designation from PCGS and gold sticker from GCC.
