This April 23, 1761 4 Shilling note was printed by James Davis. Although higher denomination notes from this series such as the 20s & 30s are relatively common, lower denominations such as this 4 Shilling bill were heavily circulated and are now incredibly scarce. Of the 2,720 originally printed, only 7 examples are known to exist. Fantastic value for the rarity.
