The 1768 North Carolina issue was printed on thin paper by James Davis. This issue featured a type set and ornamental border design. Only 20,000 Pounds worth of bills were printed in this series. “Death to Counterfeit” can be seen along all 3 edges. Lovely eye appeal example with strong light paper and complete borders.
