This $4 note features a neat and detailed vignette of a bee. The vignettes of this issue were engraved in copper plates by Gabriel Lewyn, a goldsmith from Baltimore. Incredibly rare note, of the 10,000 originally printed, only 11 examples are known to survive today. Clean note with high eye appeal for the grade. Tough to find this nice, worthy for any high caliber collection. Additionally, this note was previously apart of the renowned Ford-Boyd Collection, known for hosting high eye appeal and rare notes such as this.
