This $15 note features an interesting vignette of an elaborately engraved boar. The vignettes of this issue were engraved in copper plates by Gabriel Lewyn, a goldsmith from Baltimore. Scarce and sought after 1776 note. Of the 5,000 boar bills originally printed, only 13 are known to exist today. Lovely example with light paper and bold ink.
