Franklin” can be seen clearly across the bottom of the reverse, with “To Counterfeit is Death” across the top and nature print on the middle of the reverse. Nice legibility throughout. Additionally, this bill was signed by Charles Thomson. He was a distinguished American patriot who served as the secretary of the Continental Congress and was the co-designer of the “Great Seal of the United States”.
