Sold Out

This low denomination note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. The smaller denominations of this series were small in size and have a typeset reverse rather than nature print. Franklin implemented the British arms on the front rather than Penn arms. “Printed by B. Franklin” can be clearly read across the middle of the reverse. Scarce small change note, of the 60,000 originally printed, only 10 are known to exist today.
