This 5 Shilling note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. Franklin implemented the British arms on the front rather than Penn arms. 1 crown can be seen to the upper left of the arms, representing 5 Shillings of value. “Printed by B. Franklin” remains incredibly bold along the bottom of the reverse with “To Counterfeit is DEATH” at the top. Stellar example for the grade with strong signatures and premium eye appeal.
