This 5 Shilling note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. Franklin implemented the British arms on the front rather than Penn arms. 1 crown can be seen to the upper left of the arms, representing 5 Shillings of value. “Printed by B. Franklin” remains legible along the bottom of the reverse with “To Counterfeit is DEATH” at the top. Affordable example with decent legibility and signatures. Comment free holder from PCGS.
