This 10 Shilling note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. Franklin implemented the British arms on the front rather than Penn arms. Relatively nice example with clear signatures and overall nice legibility. “Printed by B. FRANKLIN” can be clearly seen across the bottom of the reverse.
