This 20 Shilling note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. Franklin implemented the British arms on the front rather than Penn arms. 4 crowns can be seen above the arms, each representing 5 Shillings of value. “Printed by B. Franklin” remains visible along the bottom of the reverse.
