This 20 Shilling note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. Franklin implemented the British arms on the front rather than Penn arms. 4 crowns can be seen above the arms, each representing 5 Shillings of value. “Printed by B. Franklin” remains clearly visible along the bottom of the reverse with “To Counterfeit is DEATH” at the top. Very appealing example for the grade with strong signatures.
