The bills of the October 1, 1773 issue had the purpose of reviving the Loan Office system. Printed by Hall and Sellers with a cast cut farm scene on the reverse and printed in red and black ink. The front features denominational pillared borders. There is redish orange ink that is impressed onto the right border. It is likely that a paper mache stencil was used to overlay the red ink. Affordable but problem free example.
