The face is similar to Franklin’s 1759 Pennsylvania notes and the reverse features the Walnut Street Workhouse also known as the city jail of Philadelphia. Printed in red and black ink by Hall and Sellers on paper with blue thread and mica flake. Beautiful problem free example with nice eye appeal for the grade. Only 1,667 originally printed.
