This Pennsylvania note from the October 25, 1775 issue was printed by Hall and Sellers on paper containing blue threads and mica flakes. The 4 lowest denominations (including this 9 Pence note) were smaller in size and features a type-set design on the reverse rather than nature print. The Penn Arms can be seen with the front. Gorgeous XF example with very rich ink and bright red signatures. Well deserving of the elusive gold sticker from GCC fortifying the quality of this example for the grade.
