This Pennsylvania note from the October 25, 1775 issue was printed by Hall and Sellers on paper containing blue threads and mica flakes. The higher denominations (including this 10 Shilling note) were larger in size and feature a bold reverse nature print. The Penn Arms can be seen with the front with 2 crowns, each representing 5 Shillings in value. Striking uncirculated example with crisp paper, bold ink and bright signatures. Exceptional eye appeal worthy of the EPQ designation from PMG and gold sticker from GCC. Surprisingly scarce denomination with 6,000 originally printed and only 29 known to exist today.
