This Pennsylvania note from the October 25, 1775 issue was printed by Hall and Sellers on paper containing blue threads and mica flakes. The 4 lowest denominations were smaller in size and features type-set on the reverse rather than nature print. The Penn Arms can be seen with the front along with pillar style borders. The reverse features nature print along with "To Counterfeit is DEATH". This 20 Shilling bill is the highest denomination of the issue and far scarcer than lower denominations. Of the 6,000 originally printed, only 22 are known to exist today. Appealing XF note.
