This small change 9 Pence note features the British arms on the front along with a typeset and elaborate border design. The reverse features ornamental borders. Printed by Hall and Sellers on paper containing mica flakes and silk threads. The reverse shows large blue threads against the bright paper. Absolutely gorgeous GEM uncirculated example of a desirable 1776 note with light paper, bold ink, and bright signatures and serial number. Well deserving of the EPQ designation from PMG. A worthy addition for any high end collection.
