The dots that encircle the emblem denote the denomination of this note (2 dots each representing 3 Pence). This note was printed by John Dunlap on paper that is watermarked “PENNSYLVANIA” in 2 lines. The reverse has a type-set design and “To Counterfeit is Death”. These late issue Pennsylvania notes are generally scarce. Very clean uncirculated and problem free example with superb eye appeal.
