This late issue Pennsylvania note was printed by Francis Bailey on paper watermarked PENNSYLVANIA in two lines. The front features the Commonwealth Seal and the reverse has bold nature print interesting ornamental boarders. Of the 54,546 originally printed, only 19 are known to survive today. Absolutely exceptional example with attractively toned light paper, incredibly bold ink and signature. Well deserving of the EPQ designation from PMG and almost never seen this nice.
