This very early 1756 Pennsylvania note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. On the front, the Pennsylvania Arms can be seen along with 2 crowns representing the value of this note (1 crown for every 5 Shillings). “Printed by B. Franklin” is visible along the bottom of the reverse along with nature print. This note was a part of the famous Eric P. Newman (EPN) Collection. Seldom seen note with only 3 out of the 12,000 examples originally printed known to exist today.
