Pennsylvania Colonial Note Fr#PA-87 July 1, 1757 15s PMG 12 *Printed by Ben Franklin*
This early note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. The state arms can be seen on the front. On the reverse, “Printed by B. Franklin” can be clearly read across the top. Interestingly, the reverse of this note is inverted as a printing error. Although this note is not perfect, it is relatively legible especially Franklin’s name.
