$795.00

This early Pennsylvania note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. The front features a typeset design with pillared borders and the state arms. The reverse features various ornaments and nature print. “Printed by B. Franklin” can be faintly made out along the bottom of the reverse along with “To Counterfeit is Death” at the top. Nice legibility remains on the front with relatively clear signatures. Incredibly scarce with low survivability, of the 38,000 originally printed, only 5 are known to exist today. A must have type for any colonial collection.
