This early Pennsylvania note was printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. 2 crowns can be seen next to the Arms on the front of the note, each representing 5 shillings in value. “Printed by B. Franklin” can be seen along the bottom of the reverse along with nature print and “To Counterfeit is Death”. Decent legibility throughout on this choice Fine example. Scarce note, of the 38,000 originally printed only 16 are known to exist today.
